I have been chasing the silver thread my entire life.  I first glimpsed the silver thread when I was a teenager. It was like seeing moonlight reflected on a shiny metallic thread when the muted light was reflected. My intuition, sixth sense, had awakened and warned me of potentially dangerous situations I would get myself into during my rebellious teenage behavior. I believe it saved my life on more than one occasion. My silver thread was leading me away from my own self-destruction to another path, showing me a better way to navigate through this world. I explored many belief systems and philosophies to get to where I am today. My silver thread led me to the experiences that gave me the understanding and the tools I use today.

In my early twenties, it led me to experience the unconditional love of Christ consciousness.  At that time, my psyche was a place of twilight, full of shadow impressions. I used my spidy-senses to navigate my way through a life of mine fields. Sometimes, I would miss step, and everything would blow-up and I would start again. When I encountered unconditional love, the lights came on in my psyche and I could see things that had previously been in the shadows. Delighted with this illumination, I enthusiastically studied and learned all I could about this Christ consciousness. Over time, the religious dogma became too much, and I retreated away from the belief systems that were taught. There was more out there, more than what was being taught within the boundaries of this belief system.

I could still feel my way through life using my spidy-senses and I still would get glimpses of my silver thread. A decade later, it led me to reiki. I had never experienced any alternative healing modalities before. I was both critical and open-minded when I walked into my first class. I thought, at the very least, maybe it would help me sleep better. In class I learned how to connect with the Divine, Source energy of unconditional love, and channel it. I became a power cord, plugging one end into Source energy and the other into a person’s energy field. It blew my mind. Before this, I had only known prayer as a way to connect to the Divine, to Source. Now, I had the tools to channel that beautiful healing energy specifically to a person’s electromagnetic energy field. During this training, my physic abilities began to wake up from their sluggish sleep.

I continued to learn about energy work. I learned about being an empath, clairvoyance, and the vibrational energies that are our world. From quantum physics to mediation, I studied and built a foundation to understand the properties and principles of energy work.

Then as all of us on planet Earth, I went through times of great transitions. Experiences on our world that no one had gone through before. It was as if a dog was shaking off the water after a swim and everything in the world and my life’s reality had changed. We were being given an opportunity to transform our lives.

I personally went through a divorce after 29 years of marriage. Both my grown children went through great loss and nearly died. It was challenging, it was transforming, and there was no going back.

I had a firm grasp on my silver thread, I was determined to heal myself and change my vibrational energy. I did not want to repeat these patterns of loss and pain in my life. I could see the patterns in my life of great loss, happening multiple times and I was determined to change my vibrational frequency and change my life.

I worked with my shadow side and faced my pain, my fears, myself. I gathered all my soul parts which had been split away from me, isolated due to the many traumas of life. I set my intention to heal myself and to raise my vibrational frequency.  Then my silver thread led me to shamanism.

I started my journey through the Medicine Wheel, a map to heal yourself. I was finally able to heal the childhood trauma, the relationship wounds, change the patterns, and create a new life. I had changed the vibrational frequency of my life.

Now, as a practicing shaman, I do intuitive energy healing for my clients. I share the understanding I have gained and teach others the techniques to heal and change their vibrational energy field. If I can do it, so can you!
